Rai Haramzadi, the leader of Team Rai, lurks in his office, or "den", within the lowest level of the Base. All new members are expected to report to him right away.

Far beneath the earth, the Rai residences are located in a maze of tunnels and caverns. They can be of any size and shape, for there is no one to restrict such matters. Also, for those who do not wish to keep up their own home, there is the Main Residential Building that offers free dorm rooms and apartments.

The Rai Great Room is at the uppermost level of the base, and is little more than a lounge or a common room. Unlike most of the other rooms, cool metal tiles have been laid over-top the smoothed stone floor, while bright lighting fixtures illuminate the room. An assortment of couches and sofas are arranged along the edge of the cave, most sporting the colors of black, red, and gold. Several televisions, a stereo, and a bar that mostly sells soda accentuate the vast Great Room. Parties and banquets are often held in this spacious cavern.

The third basement floor is entirely dedicated to the different services offered for Team Rai's Pokémon, ranging from a simple Pokémon Center to a Daycare Center.
