Not having any experience battling until the age of 15, He spent most of his life wandering from place to place, finding a home to live in until he stumbled upon the base of EnergyWavr, recieving his pokemon Eevee. Having being crowned leader of Liquid Chill and aligned with Team Vision, Neo is a skilled battler and probably the best strategist battler out there.After the Blitz/Vision war, Neo decides to give into his alter ego and change the operation of Liquid Chill, now known as Team Glaciation.

Background: The Alter-Ego of Neo. Neoterica pops up when he pleases. He's a mastermind thief and only wants material things. His goal is to have complete control over an army of Shadow pokemon. What he plans to do with them is unknown. Neoterica wears a half Espeon mask over his face, revealing his left eye. He is indeed Neo, but when Neo feels depressed, Neoterica fixes it for him, by emerging. He now emerges fully and takes over Liquid Chill renaming it Glaciation.
